Definitions

| "Real Money Funds" | Funds deposited directly by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods, as distinct from Bonus Funds. |

Section 2
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the krikta Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first interaction with the Platform — including simply browsing the site prior to registration.
These Terms & Conditions apply alongside any additional terms attached to specific promotions, tournaments, or game providers operating on the krikta Platform. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the more specific promotion terms will govern for that promotion only, and these general Terms will continue to govern all other aspects of your account.
krikta reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, krikta will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least five (5) business days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining Real Money Funds before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms are written in plain English for the benefit of Bangladesh players. The English language version is the legally binding version. krikta recommends that all Players retain a personal copy of these Terms for their records. Section 3
Age Restriction & Eligibility
The krikta Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on krikta. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. krikta enforces this requirement at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any point, including at the time of a withdrawal request.
In addition to the age requirement, eligibility to hold a krikta account is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, bot, or automated system) accessing the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a krikta employee or business partner where participation would create a conflict of interest.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by krikta or any responsible gaming organisation, and you must not be accessing the Platform in breach of a self-exclusion commitment you have made.
- You must be accessing krikta from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
- You must hold a valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP verification messages at the time of registration and on withdrawal requests.
18+ Only — Zero Tolerance: krikta operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending and historical transactions will be voided, and any balance (including winnings) will be forfeited. krikta may report the matter to relevant authorities.
Section 4
Account Registration & Security
Each Player may hold only one (1) krikta account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across those accounts. If you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact krikta support immediately at [email protected] to have the duplicate closed without penalty.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. krikta may at any time request documentary verification of the information you provided, including a copy of a valid national identity document and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe stated in the verification request may result in your account being placed in a restricted state until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. krikta recommends the following security practices for all Bangladesh players:
- Use a strong, unique password of at least ten characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse a password used on any other platform.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP from the krikta account security settings. This adds a second verification step on every login from an unrecognised device.
- Never share your password or OTP with any third party, including individuals claiming to be krikta support staff. krikta support will never ask for your password.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device or public Wi-Fi network in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or elsewhere.
- Report suspicious activity immediately by contacting [email protected] if you notice any unauthorised login events, balance changes, or withdrawal requests you did not initiate.
krikta will not be held liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials where krikta has followed its standard verification procedures in good faith.
Section 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
krikta supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is always displayed in the krikta cashier section after login.
The following general rules govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the krikta Platform:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. No platform fee is charged by krikta on deposits, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash) may apply its own transaction fee.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
- Withdrawal processing time: krikta targets a processing time of under seven (7) minutes for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) Bangladesh business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Identity verification: krikta may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction. Verification documents must be submitted via the account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
- Source of funds: krikta reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for large deposits. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.
- Bonus wagering requirements: Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus balances are only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Real Money Funds are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification rules above.
- Currency: All transactions on the krikta Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Where a payment provider settles in a different currency, conversion rates are applied by the payment provider, not by krikta.
Zero Platform Deposit Fees: krikta does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits. The full amount you send via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is credited to your krikta Wallet in real time, subject only to any fee applied by your payment provider at their end.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
krikta offers a range of promotional offers to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar — such as BPL Season bonuses, Eid bonus credits, Pohela Boishakh free spins, and Victory Day enhanced odds. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
The following rules apply to all krikta bonuses and promotions unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise:
- One account, one bonus: Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
- Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement stated in the promotion terms, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). Until the Wagering Requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
- Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The exact contribution rates for each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of credit, as stated in the promotion terms. Unexpired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically at expiry.
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, typically five (5) to ten (10) times the bonus amount. This cap will be stated in the promotion's specific terms where applicable.
- krikta's right to amend or withdraw promotions: krikta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or fraud. Any Bonus Funds credited in error will be reclaimed from the Player's Wallet.
Players who are found to be exploiting krikta promotions — including through the use of arbitrage strategies, bonus abuse patterns, or coordinated multi-account claiming — may have their promotional access revoked and their accounts reviewed for compliance with these Terms.
Section 7
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the krikta Platform are final once confirmed. The following general rules apply across all krikta products — sports betting, live casino, slot games, jackpot games, crash games, and virtual sports:
- Minimum stake: ৳50 on sports betting markets. Minimum bet amounts on casino games and slots are set by the individual game provider and displayed within the game interface prior to play.
- Confirmed bets are binding: Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the krikta system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available and the Player exercises it before the relevant event concludes.
- Odds changes: For pre-match sports bets, the odds accepted at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent odds movements in the market.
- Void bets: A bet may be declared void by krikta in the event of a technical error, odds feed failure, event cancellation, or force majeure event. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Wallet at the original stake amount with no winnings or losses applied.
- In-play betting: In-play (live) markets are available on selected sports events. krikta updates in-play odds within two seconds of on-field events. krikta reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and for any reason, including to protect market integrity.
- RNG game integrity: All RNG slot and instant game titles on krikta use certified Random Number Generator technology independently audited for fairness. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed in plain English for every slot title in the krikta library prior to play.
- Live casino game integrity: Live dealer games are provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. These providers operate under their own third-party certified game integrity standards. krikta does not manipulate live dealer outcomes at the platform level.
- Provably fair games: Crash and instant game titles (including Spribe Aviator) use provably fair mechanics. Players may verify the outcome of any completed round independently using the verification tools provided within the game interface.
krikta reserves the right to void and reclaim winnings from any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical error that materially affected the outcome, where the Player exploited a manifest pricing error, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming
krikta is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming across Bangladesh. We treat responsible gaming as a core platform feature, not a compliance obligation. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from the account dashboard after login, effective immediately with no waiting period:
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your krikta account. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Configure session duration reminders that alert you after a set period of continuous gaming. Reminders are displayed as non-intrusive on-screen notifications, allowing you to review your session activity before continuing.
Take a short break from gaming by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains accessible for withdrawal of Real Money Funds but betting and gaming are suspended.
Self-exclude your krikta account for a minimum of six (6) months or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is fully deactivated, all marketing communications are stopped, and krikta will not accept any request to reverse the exclusion during the selected period.
Access a full record of your betting activity, deposits, withdrawals, and net gaming result over any selected period directly from the account dashboard. Reviewing your activity statement regularly is a healthy gaming habit.

krikta will never send promotional marketing material to any Player who has activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period. Section 9
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krikta Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Underage gambling: Registering, depositing, or playing on krikta if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
- Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one krikta account under any name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method combination.
- Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts) to fund a krikta account.
- Collusion: Co-ordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of a game, table, or betting market in a way that produces an unfair advantage for one or more parties.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting a software bug, odds feed error, or system vulnerability to place bets or generate winnings that would not be possible under normal operating conditions.
- Bonus abuse: Systematically extracting value from krikta promotions through techniques including but not limited to: matched betting using multiple accounts, exploiting incorrectly set bonus terms, or using automated bots to claim promotions.
- Money laundering: Using the krikta Platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of illegally obtained money. krikta is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant financial authorities.
- Automated access: Using bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated tool to access the Platform, place bets, collect odds data, or interact with game interfaces without the express written consent of krikta.
- Account sharing: Sharing your krikta account credentials with any other person, or placing bets on behalf of a third party using your own account.
- Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language at krikta support staff or other platform users.
Section 10
Account Suspension & Closure
krikta reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if krikta determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that continued account operation presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, krikta will notify the Player at the mobile number or email associated with their account within 48 hours of the suspension, stating the general reason for the action. The Player will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond and provide any relevant information before a final determination is made, except in cases involving clear evidence of fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or imminent risk.
Upon permanent closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, the following consequences apply:
- All Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are forfeited immediately and irrevocably.
- Real Money Funds (net of any bonus-related liabilities identified during the investigation) will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.
- The Player is permanently banned from registering any new krikta account.
- krikta may share relevant information with payment processors, banking partners, or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable regulations.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing should contact [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining Real Money Funds will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method as part of the closure process.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krikta's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the Real Money Funds held in that Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises.
krikta shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, negligence, or otherwise:
- Indirect or consequential losses: Including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any other indirect financial loss arising from use of the Platform.
- Platform unavailability: Service interruptions, maintenance windows, or outages caused by factors beyond krikta's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, third-party provider downtime, or force majeure events.
- Third-party payment delays: Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment provider operating independently of krikta's systems.
- Device or connection issues: Losses caused by a Player's device malfunction, mobile data interruption, browser incompatibility, or loss of internet connectivity during an active game session or betting event.
- Unauthorised account access: Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials, where krikta followed its standard login verification procedures in good faith.
- Regulatory changes: Changes in applicable law or regulation that affect the availability of certain krikta products or Services to Players in specific locations within Bangladesh.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit krikta's liability for death or personal injury caused by krikta's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Gambling is an inherently risk-based activity. Losses incurred through normal gameplay — where no technical error or breach of these Terms has occurred — do not constitute a liability on the part of krikta. Players are reminded that gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.
Section 12
Amendments to These Terms
krikta reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for any number of reasons, including changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to krikta's products and Services, changes in payment processing procedures, or improvements to the clarity and completeness of these Terms.
When krikta makes material changes to these Terms, registered Players will be notified via SMS to their registered Bangladesh mobile number or via notification within the krikta account dashboard at least five (5) business days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting improvements, or the addition of clarifying language that does not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page within the Effective Date badge. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The version of these Terms in effect at the time a bet is placed or a transaction is processed is the version that governs that specific activity.
